Remains balanced?

"Everything in life has to have a balance", "Balanced diet is the key component of our healthy life", "Balancing of two things ease the difficulty", etc. statements give the inference that "Balance is the stability found at the center of acceptance". Indeed it is the vital parameter that helps us to save from getting things out of the way!

Let's dive into how our body tries to control the balancing shuffle of life. Everyone has spent their time playing see-saw in childhood. Those two players swing up and down where one experiences high impact from the ground and another gets relaxed and the cycle alternates. These two players are nonetheless thoughts and dreams in the context of human psychology. Both thoughts and dreams resemble flow in the neural network of our mind. The key difference is of nature of the flow. How is it developed and what factors contribute to it? How is the balance achieved? Who is the controller of these tasks?

The neural network of our body processes at the backend while keeping the responses exchangeable with the subconscious mind. When we think of something we really fall into the processing zone. Similar thoughts try to group up. This thought has to exit this path and go to the subconscious mind where decision-making can be achieved. In the output, either action can be seen or the thought is stored in memory for future decisions. Here point to highlight is we can't control every thought as some part of thinking is owned by the subconscious mind. We often fill that despite of thought process our actions come out which is the concept of behavioral habit. It is evolved to make our brain efficient. Hence, the habits of a person are not permanent property rather they are ways that are opted involuntarily by your mind. The process in which the brain converts the sequence of actions into an automatic routine is called 'chunking' and it's at the root of how habits form.

Whereas dreams are of different types and their perspective varies according to what we really experience. The cause of the night dream is REM where the body becomes much more relaxed and tries to recall the random thoughts which had been gone through the neurons. In open-eye dreaming (referred onwards), we ideate things, we advance our feet toward action at the expense of using thinking power. Like spring this power loss regains after a while. This power is helpful not only for further dreaming purposes but also to analyse the current situation. This is the time when the mind attains a state which is highly capable to control the thought process in the neurons. Whether dreams are categorized as real or imaginary that's a completely different question. But the takeaway is they resemble the statutory phenomenon related to the human mindset.

The balancing observed in the human brain is of dynamic type. When the portion of the mind is occupied by thoughts, dreams get less space; and the other case when we try to imagine things more and more, thinking power is utilized thus reducing no. of thoughts. This exactly indicates that human mental tiredness comes from shrinking thinking energy, but in fact, it was very well used for dreaming purposes. Dreams and thoughts show such a close relationship by virtue of which continuous driving of knowledge and experience takes place. Dreams have no restrictions, thoughts are restricted to your existing knowledge. When we come across certain unknown information/knowledge, our mind accepts it and delivers the information to a neural network that tries to create maps between new information and existing knowledge due to which a balancing trigger is initiated.

The Source of thoughts is knowledge whereas that of dream is experience. The network of thoughts grows with the help of ideating things. It requires no. of thoughts and thus demands knowledge. This is how the thoughts travel and make everyone able to live an encouraging life.
